PLEASE READ IF YOU ARE STILL READING BLACKINWHITE.
Since I am actually finishing the game (yeah I kind of lost the game, but am finishing it now, haven't whited out yet!) and getting to the plot filled part of the nuzlocke both in game and in my script, I wanted to tell a few things.
For any of you there who actually still try to keep up with BlackInWhite, which I don't think there are many of now (please comment to tell me if I'm wrong, I seriously dunno how many peeps actually look at my nuzlocke anymore) I wanted to issue... well... a sort of warning. I'm trying to keep the nuzlocke light and funny and whatever, throughout the majority of the story, mainly because when it gets to the plot heavy parts, e.g deaths and the Reshiram/Zekrom thing of Black/White... it's gonna get heavy.
And by heavy, I mean dark and shitty and oh Arceus what the actual fuck Miscom. I'm probably blowing the severity of it out of proportion, but ehh.
I personally enjoy creating characters that have been through some sort of mental trauma, in terms that I believe that someone who has gone through mental trauma is 'stronger' than someone who is physically strong. You can be the strongest person in the world, but if someone gets under your skin, it can break you. And no amount of muscle can stop that.
So like, for example... if you get through depression, or bullying at school (or bullying anywhere for that matter) or even something as severe as self harm or attempted suicide, you have gotten through something thats really fucking hard to get through, found light at the end of the tunnel, and become stronger and a better person because of that.
I admire and respect people so much who have the strength to go on when they can't see a reason to do so. The sheer strength to get back up
and choose the harder road is a choice that not many can make. And it just... inspires me, in a lack of a better term. The strength of those amazing people, inspires me to carry on through a bad day. To vent, to yell, to scream, to cry, to WHATEVER, but still. To carry on.
So, because of this, unfortunately for Tora, her past is quite a sad and (somewhat) bloody one. Because she, like those people, had to get back up. And it did make her stronger, in the end. So when I do finally release the page with her revealing her past, I shall be putting a trigger warning for a subject linked to mental trauma. What she went though, I will not tell. You guys can speculate.
I do want to make one thing clear, because I'm afraid people may take it the wrong way.I am in no way trying to offend people who have, in real life, experienced what I have made Tora experience, and if I do, I will apologise until the end of time.
As I said before, I have a LOT of respect and admiration for those people, and I do NOT want to offend, ever.
I'm still worried I will.
But I digress... this page was just explaining my worries, and also warning that;My nuzlocke will take a darker turn when it starts to get plot heavy, and start to involve characters like N, Ghetsis, the Shadow Triad and the two Brothers of Legend more.
Sorry if you don't like that.
I personally like darker things, and think it gives a story more... I dunno. Action? Drama? Suspense?
You be the judge.
Sorry to be dark for a second there, but thankyou for reading! I appreciate it.I hope you all have a lovely morning/day/evening, and I'll see you all later~!
